Opus 132-theme by Beethoven composed by Roberto Occhipinti
This was from a commission I received from my friend Mervon Mehta of Koerner Hall in Toronto. It’s based on the chorale theme from the Opus 132 quartet of Beethoven,sometimes called the Lydian and reimagined it as a John Coltrane type of tune.
